个人简历
李占杰,男,河南周口人,现为南京邮电大学碳中和先进技术研究院校长专聘副教授,硕士生导师。2020年获得东北大学控制理论与控制工程专业博士学位,目前主要从事切换系统、非线性系统稳定性分析及设计等方面的研究工作。近年来,以第一作者和通讯作者总计发表学术论文十余篇,包括中科院一区论文5篇,二区论文4篇,其中,自动控制领域顶级期刊《IEEE Transactions on Automatic Control》1篇,自动控制领域顶级期刊《SIAM Journal on Control and Optimization》1篇,以及IEEE Trans.长文2篇;担任《IEEE Transactions on Automatic Control》、《Automatica》、《IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics》、《IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems》、《IEEE Transactions on Systems, Man, and Cybernetics: Systems》、《IEEE/CAA Journal of Automatica Sinica》等国际权威期刊评审专家;多次参加CCC、CCDC和CAC等国内控制会议,并担任邀请组主席一次,作邀请组报告两次;主持国家级项目1项,省部级项目1项。
